Description:
The position of sales representative consists of selling goods for retail to individuals.
Tasks and Duties:
• Sales over the phone, in person, and through emails/instant messaging
• Being active on our social media platforms including interacting and engaging with our audience via Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.
• Answer customers’ questions about products, pricing, availability, product uses, and credit terms
• Perform customer service, such as tracking orders, checking inventory, resolve shipping damage issues, assist in warranty claims, and other ongoing support
• Provide technical support to clientele either on the phone or in person
• Assist with new and existing product development processes
• LTL shipping and freight
• Attending trade shows, both local and out-of-state
• May occasionally perform hands-on tasks, such as test-fitting a product on a vehicle
Qualifications:
• Microsoft Office 365, Gorgias, Shopmonkey
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent people skills
• Self-motivated, team player, organized, and willing to learn
• Automotive aftermarket knowledge and experience preferred
• Ability to lift in excess of 20 pounds

Additional Information:
• Full-time position
• Work hours: Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Compensation: Base Salary + Commission
• 90 day orientation period
