Warranty & Return Policy
Warranty
We care about you, short and simple. And your satisfaction is our number one priority. Because of this, we offer a 1 year warranty on all Auto Addict Products.
Eligibility for Returns:
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received. Any item that has been installed, attempted to be installed, or is not in its original condition will not be accepted for return. All returns must be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. You must reach out to sales@autoaddictusa.com to receive an RMA prior to shipping your item back. Orders sent back without an RMA will automatically be denied.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Pre-Order Items: Pre-orders are not eligible for returns or refunds. Store credit may be offered at our discretion if cancellation is requested prior to shipment.
- Open Box Items: Open box items are final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds.
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that has been installed or shows signs of attempted installation.
- Items without proof of purchase.
- Special items
- Discounted and Sale items
- Custom Made Items Including RGB Headlights and Custom Harnesses
Restocking Fee:
A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns.
Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for paying all return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund, minus the 20% restocking fee, will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please follow these steps:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank. Processing time for refunds can vary.

Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@autoaddictusa.com and ship the item to:

Shipping Instructions for Returns:
To return your product, please send it to the above address. Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items valued over $75, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
